Well it probably was created by root hence the owner issues , I've tried :   $ORACLE_HOME/bin/crsctl modify resource ora.LIST_1047.lsnr -attr "ACL='owner:grid:rwx,pgrp:oinstall:rwx,other::r--'" -unsupported [root_at__HOSTNAME_ listener_fix]# su - grid [grid_at__HOSTNAME_ (+ASM1) ~]$ srvctl start listener -listener LIST_1047 PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.LIST_1047.lsnr CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.LIST_1047.lsnr' on '_HOSTNAME_' failed CRS-2678: 'ora.LIST_1047.lsnr' on '_HOSTNAME_' has experienced an unrecoverable failure

CRS-0267: Human intervention required to resume its availability.
CRS-5807: Agent failed to process the message
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.LIST_1047.lsnr' on '_HOSTNAME2_' failed
CRS-2678: 'ora.LIST_1047.lsnr' on '_HOSTNAME2_' has experienced an 

unrecoverable failure
CRS-0267: Human intervention required to resume its availability. CRS-5807: Agent failed to process the message

and this did not work, after that I've removed and created as grid user and all seems to be ok right now .
