PSUs And Extended Support

I have a question about extended support, in particular about PSUs after the "free" period of extended support.

We have a number of databases on 11.2.0.4, which is in "free" extended support through May 31, 2017. If we want to apply the July, 2017 (or any later) PSU, do we have to pay or is that still free under our support contract?
