Hi Zabair,

The best recommandation I can give is to test it because it's very easy to download the trial version and test it.

First you can test it on your laptop with the #repattack lab: https://dbvisit.atlassian.net/wiki/display/REPA11XE/RepAttack+11g+XE+Home I've an old video about this trial setup: http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c26Y6deQ0o Then when you have seen ho to setup you can try it on your data (so that you validate the datatypes, and other logical replications issues that may happen) and then another test with production as source (to validate the redo rate).
If you speak German or French, there's a free event soon in Switzerland talking about GoldenGate, Dbvisit replicate and Attunity replicate: http://www.dbi-services.com/news-en/replication-event-2

Regards,
Franck.
