RE: bundle patch for eBusiness Suite customers

If DBAs think patching the database is a chore, wait till they try patching an 11i EBS instance running Financials and Supply Chain and Manufacturing ! And the planning sheet for the upgrade to R12 had a zillion patches listed.

I found this yesterday... 23 hours after it was released, 22 patches for 11.2.0.4, one of which contains 27 more patches.

I didn't crossref to see if they were in the April PSU

​Wondering if these typically end up in the next PSU, or if they are eBusiness user specific.​

​CCR for EM12c can't work properly from our site, I can't get the Support site to easily tell us which patches apply to our servers, I have to go fishing randomly in "Metalink".​ Now and again we run into a "known bug" (known to Oracle internally) and support techs tells us "oh there's a patch for that, this number" but that patch never turned up when looking for useful patches for 11.2.0.4

​I will do the xref and see which ones to apply.​ I'm glad I don't have 20,000+ instances to deal with like some cellphone companies, ha.
