Can you confirm this is on 12.1.0.5, not 12.1.0.4?  This is a bug that was supposed to be fixed in a patchset on 12.1.0.4, which would indicate this is a regression if you are definitely on 12.1.0.5.

Hey Jeff,

I'm looking for a bug submitted on this, as it definitely looks like one, but as I scan through fixes and bugs submitted, it may be on the database side.  Question-  did you patch the OMR while you were at it?
