This is due to behaviour described in following Oracle support note.

SRVCTL CHANGES THE GROUP OF ORACLE BINARY (Doc ID 1508027.1)

As of 11.2.0.3, starting instance using srvctl change the group of oracle binary. There is an workaround to keep the old home as described in above note.
