A Web "Server 40x" is literally "some HTTP thing went wrong" ... 404 is equivalent to "row not found" ...
A Web "Server 50x" is literally "Something went wrong. At the server level." Lke an ORA-00600
It's a catch-all generic error.
Something in the service chain crashed, could not start, got corrupted, or ran out.
And yes, it jogs memory of many hours of finger pointing and DBA proving it is not a DB issue.
