securefiles licensing

Hello everyone,
I wanted to see if using JUST securefiles for LOBS requires an additional license or not? I don't plan on using compression, deduplication or encryption (which all require a license). I'm looking everywhere and there isn't much that is clear on this topic. I've contacted my oracle rep, but he is on vacation and MOS is taking their time as usual.
