Hey Tony,
I started to look through the chain of UTL recompile code, but since the packages are wrapped, I can't find anything definitive. There's no dependency on the packages in the ORACLE_OCM schema, either, so I'm probably at a dead end unless I want to open an SR.... Nah...not worth the hassle.
On a happy side note, I discovered that the package bodies in ORACLE_OCM are not wrapped. It's nice to be able to see exactly what data OCM is collecting.
