User cannot be dropped

Hello,

I am facing this problem:

SQL>
SQL>
SQL> DROP USER T20 CASCADE;

DROP USER GPE_T20 CASCADE ORA-01940: não é possível eliminar um usuário conectado no momento

SQL> SELECT STATUS from v$session where username = 'T20';

STATUS

---

KILLED It is a long time wiht the status KILLED. Normaly, after a time it desapear, but in this case, it is there ... As KILLED. Is there another way to DROP it ?
or I need to shutdown the database ?
