HCKE-0036 error on health check prior to 12c upgrade

My colleague is preparing to upgrade an 11.2.0.4 database to 12.1.0.2. When he ran the hcheck.sql script, he got the errors below:

HCKE-0036: Bad OBJ$ entry with TYPE#=0

OBJ$ OBJ#=1826554 TYPE#=0 NAME=ORGANIZATION
OBJ$ OBJ#=1826550 TYPE#=0 NAME=ADDRESS
OBJ$ OBJ#=1826551 TYPE#=0 NAME=ORGANIZATION
OBJ$ OBJ#=1826552 TYPE#=0 NAME=SHIPTO_BILLTO
OBJ$ OBJ#=1826553 TYPE#=0 NAME=ADDRESS
OBJ$ OBJ#=1826555 TYPE#=0 NAME=ITEM
OBJ$ OBJ#=1826556 TYPE#=0 NAME=SHIPTO_BILLTO

He opened a ticket with Oracle support yesterday afternoon, but they have not responded with any kind of resolution yet. Has anyone seen this error and knows what we can do?
