You have to let dbca create the scripts for the database creation then edit the script to add the bigfile keyword.

I would like use dbca command line to make bigfile tablespace the default at database creation time. I do not see an argument for this when I look at the results of dbca -databaseCreate -help. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this done?
