We used to.
Failsafe worked fine, but we had problems with both the Windows Clusterware
and our SAN storage. Our new HA solution is Oracle DataGuard (not the same
thing, I know). Still on Windows, though.

Anybody use Oracle Fail Safe for their Windows environments or have any opinions or input. Seems similar to RAC One Node but I believe free in Windows based systems.
