Re: leap second oracle

Since I only have small business and small municipality customers, none of whom need 24x7, I plan on shutting down the databases and hosts and using that opportunity for hardware maintenance. :-)

(As a reminder that not everyone, and not every system, has the 24x7 uptime requirement.)
