I think this is what you want:

col TARGET_NAME for a60
col HOME_LOCATION for a60
select TARGET_NAME, HOME_LOCATION from sysman.MGMT$TARGET_COMPONENTS where home_type='ORACLE_HOME' and TARGET_TYPE='oracle_database';
