Has anyone encountered this error before while executing a select? Hidden parm.

I am not finding any info on the parameter and how to change it. I filed a SR with Oracle but wanted to see if anyone else encountered this.

I am unable to execute any sql on the database.

I am Oracle 12.1 running on Oracle Linux 5.
