One of the db links perhaps?
select db_link, host from dba_db_links

Subject: Getting repeated no listener error in the alert log
Date: Sat, 13 Jun 2015 03:48:14 +0000
Hello All, I am repeatedly receiving the following error into the alert log of the database on phx11cn1 server. Does it mean some process is trying to connect a database on the HOST=10.72.10.53? How to identify which process is trying to do that. The listener on HOST=10.72.10.53 has the port as 11021 and not sure what process is trying to use a hardcoded listener port as 1521 to connect to the database on HOST=10.72.10.53. Any idea how to identify what process is generating this error message. Thanks, Ashoke Repeated error message coming to alert log on phx11cn1: Fatal NI connect error 12541, connecting to: (DESCRIPTION=(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=)(CID=(PROGRAM=oracle)(HOST=phx11cn1)(USER=oracle)))(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=10.72.10.53)(PORT=1521))) VERSION INFORMATION: TNS for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production TCP/IP NT Protocol Adapter for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production Time: 12-JUN-2015 17:15:29 Tracing not turned on.
