(c) Why would the dNFS version differ? IIRC, dNFS is completely an Oracle implementation over network calls. So, dNFS code shouldn't differ just because the OS version jumped a notch, I think. However, kNFS client version might differ a bit, which *might* be a problem if you access through kNFS such as File system based backups.
Either way, the risk is lower with dNFS for your specific question.
So, I don't foresee any technical issues of running the nodes with slightly different OS version for a short period of time. However, I may be concerned with running in that configuration for a prolonged period of time, following a cautious approach[ fear of unknown issues?]. Of course, if you can test the process in a non-prod environment, you can completely eliminate the risk of unknown :)
