You have TNS time outs. I have only one question: does everything else works as it should? If the answer is positive, you don't have any problems. If there is a problem, you can try with extending timeouts. Here is the list of sqlnet.ora parameters for your version of database:

You can try modifying inbound connect timeout and outbound connect timeout. There are also send and receive timeouts to play with. On LAN configurations, I usually set those to 5 (the values are in seconds) and that should be plenty. I believe that this "problem" is caused by an incorrect default for some of the parameters. However, network usually retries, so an ugly log entry is likely your only problem.
