Hi Don,
It has been a long time. I have actually seen it work, otherwise I
wouldn't have recommended it. Problem was pretty much the same: spurious
logging attempts that nobody had any idea where are they coming from. I
have used "AUDIT NETWORK" successfully both in 10.2.0.5 and 11.2.0.3. By
extension, I assume that it works both in 11.2.0.4 and 12.1.0.2, but I
haven't had a case to use it in those versions.
