This rather depends on what you mean by "fast".

The "fastest" way to ship 100,000 automobiles from Tokyo to Los Angeles is in the belly of an ocean-going (super) freighter. It only takes about 6 weeks, plus maybe 2 weeks to load and unload.

The "fastest" way to ship 1 automobile from Tokyo to Los Angeles is in the belly of 747 cargo jet. It only takes about 6 hours, plus maybe 2 hours to load and unload.
