in oracle standard 11c cant see V$LOGMNR_TRANSACTION

Hello please,
when enable logminer in Oracle standar editio n11.2.3

SELECT * FROM V$LOGMNR_TRANSACTION
returns empty

I was asking if there was some trick there.

The problem is in v$logmnr_contents I can't see information of the user columns.
