Registering Oracle 10G with 12c catalog

I have a customer who would like to upgrade their RMAN catalog to 12c but they still have several 10G databases lying around. Does anyone know if that is possible? I have no way of finding out, since I no longer have any 10G instances running and it is no longer possible to download Oracle 10G as it is completely unsupported now.
