Hi Sayan,
thank you for the reply.

I already have seen this event with oerr, but could not find any further information (e.g. like levels, etc.) about it on the web or MOS. Maybe somebody on Oracle-L already needed to trace the extent search / allocation stuff and can provide some more insights :))
