If this document is free, then perhaps you should contact ACS themselves, whomever they might be, to obtain it?

If it is not free, then it would almost certainly be a violation of their contract and their own company rules for any employee to share it with you without written permission. At least, that is the way most companies conduct professional services.

Please forgive me if I misunderstood what you were requesting?
