UNDO Error

Hello,
We recently upgraded our db from 10g to 11.2.0.4 and all of a sudden application is getting max extents reached error for UNDO:
ORA-01628: max # extents (32765) reached for rollback segment _SYSSMU32_1673552251$
There is plenty of space in the undo tablespace. Any suggestions beside committing more often? They never got this error before in 10g.
