12.1.0.2.0, Linux x86-64, Data Pump export error

Hi folks,
   

  We just installed our first 12c database. It’s 12.1.0.2.0 on Linux x86-64. It was not configured as pluggable or a container, it's a regular stand-alone database.

   
  When we try to take Data Pump exports, we get the following error:   ORA-39126: Worker unexpected fatal error in KUPW$WORKER.FETCH_XML_OBJECTS [USER:"VPXADMIN"]   …
  In procedure DETERMINE_FATAL_ERROR with ORA-04063: view "SYS.KU$_RADM_FPTM_VIEW" has errors
   
  According to MOS note 1903510.1, one fix is to recreate the view and an underlying type, view SYS.KU$_RADM_FPTM_VIEW and type KU$_RADM_FPTM_T.
   
  Another solution is to wait for patch 13995404.    
  has anyone encountered any issues recreating the view and recompling the type?
