Any book by author/co-author Arup Nanda or by author/co-author Robert Freeman will be worth including in your library. Both have excellent writing styles and are easy to understand. Darl Kuhn is also very good.

Covering your 11gR2 criteria, my library includes:

Oracle RMAN 11g Backup and Recovery (Oracle Press) Apr 22, 2010 by Robert Freeman and Matthew Hart

RMAN Recipes for Oracle Database 12c: A Problem-Solution Approach (Expert's Voice in Oracle)
Jul 17, 2013 by Darl Kuhn and Sam Alapati

Oracle RMAN for Absolute Beginners
Nov 7, 2014 by Darl Kuhn

and the following is useful as it spends time introducing things that newwer books occasionally gloss over:

Oracle9i RMAN Backup & Recovery
Oct 18, 2002 by Robert Freeman and Matthew Hart

HTH/Hans
