Re: emca (database control ) re-create repository always fail

emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

I doubt that it is a bug & need patch 9163477 Please advice

1521 is the default port for the listener, it sounds like this has been left alone.
