Have you checked the obvious, e.g.

/etc/sysconfig/oracleasm is the same on all nodes? oracleasm listdisks gives the same result on all nodes?

Possibly try dd if=/dev/asm/voteocr1 count=5 | strings you should get the same on all nodes
