"Oracle 11g" what? :-) If what=RDBMS, then yes. Any still-surviving E-Business Suite 11i instance is running Forms 6, and 11i is certified for 11g RDBMS.

However, with the exception of products like EBS, which is highly dependent upon the product, Forms 6 is completely desupported, and has been for a long time. In that context, there's no such thing as stable. If you run into difficulty, you'll be on your own.
