Does anyone have a good document / URL on what are the comparison points / differences between a technology that is "All Flash Array" and one that is "SSD" ?

I can understand "Hybrid" implementations with Flash between RAM and Hard Disks. I can understand that SSD is a replacement for "rotating" Hard Disks. I believe that there are products that are PCI cards that fit directly into the server chassis, rather than "externally" like a SAN. Hemant K Chitale
