I am 9i certified but my personal cost/benefit analysis doesn't justify me getting it updated. In addition to the cost and dubious benefit, when I got my 9i certification I spent a ton of time on whatever new features Oracle was touting at the time. Features that I've never used and never heard of anyone else using. So obscure I can't even remember what they were.
