Why installer 12.1.02. for windows, only allows "Enterprise edition"

Why installer 12.1.0.2. for windows, only allows "Enterprise edition", the other choices, like standard edition are grayed. I had installed hundreds of times and this is the first time it happens to me any idea? I tried in two computers and get the same problem. some workaround?
I downloaded yesterday from
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/enterprise-edition/downloads/database12c-win64-download-2297732.html

Or do I need to download from oracle support to get them available.
