Matt,

GoldenGate is the direction Oracle is going with DB12c replacing Advanced Replication and Streams. Reference to this can be found in the Oracle Database 12c Upgrade Guide, sections 8.1.6 & 8.1.7. I’m hoping that the cost for GoldenGate will decrease as the adoption of DB 12c moves forward.

DBVist makes a good product as well, if cost is a limiting factor.

Either way, you should be able do Change Data Capture moving forward.
