The resizing will still happen under memory pressure conditions even if you don't use ASMM -- it is controlled by _MEMORY_IMM_MODE_WITHOUT_AUTOSGA parameter. So either set this parameter to false (and be prepared for potential ora-4031 errors) or see which pools are getting bumped and why and whether there is a legitimate need for more memory.
