Hi everyone
Does anyone recommend the best practices to look for allocating the storage for Database ? The reason for this is to make sure that any new Oracle DB environment should follow the same rules/standard. We are VMware enabled environment and so all new environment comes as seperate VM or sometime use new database in the same VM which already has the database.
The main reason is that we are seeing lots of IO issue in the existing configuration. So any point/link/suggestion is appreciated.
