Hi

I dont have exp with Logical Standby but have use GoldenGate for several migrations.

GoldenGate can handle tables with no PK or FK, not recommendable but it works, what it does is it uses all columns as PK when there is no PK defined. As long as the application handles correctly referential integrity GoldenGate is ok
