First off disable to the trigger causing the error:

ALTER TRIGGER MDSYS.SDO_TOPO_DROP_FTBL DISABLE; then issue

DROP USER MDSYS CASCADE; HTH,

I cannot get rid of this mdsys user. Is there any way to get rid of this? I followed the doc and still can’t get rid of it.

I’ve tried recompiling anything that was invalid and to no avail. Help!!!!
