You might want to take a look at the following notes: BEGIN utl_recomp.recomp_serial or BEGIN utl_recomp.recomp_parallel are stuck (Doc ID 804294.1) Accidentally Installed SPATIAL Into SYS, SYSTEM Or Another Schema (Doc ID 413693.1)
The first one shows the same error you're hitting, which could be because that trigger is in the wrong schema. The second contains the manual drop statements for all the spatial objects. Possibly you could use that to drop at least the trigger, and then follow the remove spatial note referenced earlier.
Or, of course, play it safe (especially if this is production) and open an SR....

I cannot get rid of this mdsys user. Is there any way to get rid of this? I followed the doc and still can't get rid of it. I've tried recompiling anything that was invalid and to no avail. Help!!!!
