Maybe you want this
1) In the database
select * from registry$history order by action_time desc;

2) in the engine of Oracle (I didn't patched too much but in 11g, you have to patch first the software of the database, and as a second task you have to patch inside the database)

set oracle_home=C:\app\product\11.2.0.3\dbhome_2 c:
cd C:\app\product\11.2.0.3\dbhome_2\OPatch opatch lsinventory

Ejemplo:

C:\app\product\11.2.0.3\dbhome_2\OPatch>opatch lsinventory
