I have seen RedHat almost exclusiveley, with some OEL in the last year or so. I've seen only two servers with SuSE and they were a very old system that got migrated to AIX eventually. This leads me to believe (though I have no actual evidence) that the predominant linux distro for Oracle is RedHat.
