I've still got my create scripts hanging around from those days... came in handy last month when I had to recreate a 8.0 database on ancient hardware that had crashed.. ;)

 From the 7.3.4 init.ora (1998):

shared_pool_size = 6000000 # small:3.5M medium:6M large:9M
