Hello List,

9.2.0.1.0 OEM Diagnostic Pack tools (Capacity Planner, Lock Monitor, Performance Manager, Performance Overview, Top Sessions, Top SQL and Trace Data Viewer) do not display. Selecting a database and clicking any of the above kills the OEM session whether in standalone or connected to OMS. The rest of OEM works as expected.

Had this same issue years ago at another shop but don't remember the fix. Seems like it had something to do with adding FQDN as the first entry in the hosts file but this is already in place. Host OS is Windows Server 2003 R2, databases are 9.2.0.8.

Any suggestions?
