Using Veritas Storage Foundation 6.0.1 with Oracle: Recommended Mount Options

For those who are laying down Oracle databases on Veritas VxFs filesystems, I know it is recommended to use ODM to get direct and async IO. However, the presence of bug 13551402 is preventing us from usig ODM at this point.

- If you are using this type of filesystem, what mount options are you using?
- If you enable mincache=direct, will this disable async IO?
