the Oracle 11.2.0.3 install does not include a lib32 directory and content. I remember that from Oracle 9 and 10 on AIX back in 2005. I was looking for that. When I did not find it I looked on Oracle's download page and found that there is a separate download for 32bit client. I downloaded and installed that into the Peoplesoft bin and lib directories and built the ociucb callback using the 32bit make. That gave me different problem. I'd have to restore the snapshot to look up or reproduce the errors.
