Anyway, the standard practice I follow for these errors is I use the look-up tool, and do a general MOS search. If nothing fruitful comes up, I open an SR with Oracle, send them the pertinent trace files, and let them handle it.
I also agree with what the other Lister said regarding 11.2.0.0.
