Yes, it does appear to be applicable for 11.2.0.3.7, however I'm only seeing the patch as being available for 11.2.0.3.0 and 11.2.0.3.6. I suggest that you open an SR and have Oracle either provide you with the patch, or tell you that it is not available or not applicable. -Justin
