OT ... question on converting word docs into blogspot content postings

I have a number of long technical word docs ... including screenshots of oracle installer etc ( inserted pictures into the word doc ).
 

Some of these I want to eventually publish via google BlogSpot site.
 

Any good recommendations on how to convert and get them eventually into a BlogSpot posting?  My first couple of attempts were pretty amusing fails so far.
