Re: Error after 11.2.0.3 DB creation

I looked in that note and recreated profile with all environment variables pointing to 11.2.0.3 installation but no avail. Still the same error. There isnt any mismatch in sqlplus.exe

Just wondering if I've to do another fresh 11.2.0.3 installation, but not sure where is it reading from!
